These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Snake Eyes mobile application ("App") operated by Mush LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the App's systems
- Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Impersonate another person or entity
4. Game Stakes and Virtual Currency
Snake Eyes allows players to set friendly stakes for games. These stakes are tracked within the App for entertainment purposes. The App does not facilitate real-money gambling. Any arrangements between players outside the App are solely between those players and are not endorsed, facilitated, or managed by Mush LLC.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create within the App (such as chat messages and profile information). By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the App as necessary to provide the service.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and game mechanics, is owned by Mush LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the App.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any losses arising from gameplay, including stakes between players.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mush LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
